You may never need to use Emergency Shower or Eyewash Equipment. But if you do…
Contact with dangerous chemicals can turn into an unexpected emergency situation. If not acted upon immediately, the situation can become life threatening or may cause loss of sign or permanent disfigurement. For this vital reason, first aid response equipment must work flawlessly – the first time and every time. This stressful situation can be alleviated by providing a warm environment and a constant supply of soothing warm water flush.
Years of design and manufacturing experience have led us to a faithful list of customers who have confidence in our ability to provide a quality product to help protect and prevent serious injury to their most important asset – people. We provide the same detail to quality for each and every one of our products – from single eyewash systems to our most complex multi-station supply systems.
‘Comfort Blend’ Warm water supply systems
Whether you select our electrically-heated or steam-heated systems, each and every component is selected to provide long-term reliable service. ‘COMFORT BLEND’ warm water supply systems are further supported by temperature, flow and pressure fail safe back-up design.
Maximum Corrosion Resistance
‘POLAR CLIMATE’ enclosures are manufactured utilizing plastics, resins and coatings to optimize product life and reduce maintenance costs, even in the most corrosive environments.
The Ultimate Rezplast “Polar Climate” Outdoor Enclosure System
All equipment provided in our systems conforms to the requirements of ANSI Z358.1 (Latest Edition) for Emergency Eyewash and Shower Equipment. The careful design of a wide range of alarm systems to back up each of the vital components will provide local or remote audible and visual annunciation.
Customer Design and Manufacturing
We have recognized that many companies wish to maintain their own high standards and, in some cases, require special attention to meet those standards. This is customary for us. Our engineering staff will generate a C.A.D. drawing of your new system for your personal approval. Should you require an entirely new system – a complete plant survey, report and recommendations will be prepared for your evaluation and budgeting purposes.
